Introduction:

Golestan Province Water and Sewerage Company, in order to honor the client and facilitate the service, provides all services electronically through the company's website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Target:

The purpose of this agreement is to provide quality services, including achieving quantitative and qualitative indicators of water in order to promote national health with public health and the enjoyment and enjoyment of all members of society by drinking water services by customers.

Responsibility:

Golestan Province Water and Sewerage Company, according to the "Operational Regulations and General Conditions of Water and Sewerage Tariffs" and "Annual Notification Tariffs", is responsible for handing over water and sewerage branches and after-sales services. Reciprocal obligations of the client and the executive apparatus Obligations of the Water and Sewerage Company:

1. Establishing a branch equal to the rules and upon request

2- Continuous supply of water flow in the network with normal pressure as well as water required for each branch

3- Providing the possibility of continuous flow of wastewater discharge of subscribers to the wastewater collection network, continuous disinfection of drinking water and matching its quality in terms of bacteriology, chemical and physical according to the standard notified by the Ministry of Energy

4- Maintenance and management of water and sewage facilities in accordance with the usual standards and immediate action to repair the damage.

Customer obligations:

1- Observance of operating regulations and general conditions of water and sewage tariffs and its annual changes

2- Timely payment of water consumption bills and arrears, whether the debt is related to the current or previous subscriber or user

3- Written request in case of objection by the payment deadline

4- Not performing any operations on the main and sub-branch networks

5. Visible to keep the cut-off valve on and off in front of the front door "visible" to prevent possible dangers and damage due to fractures inside the building.

6- The amount of water consumed is equal to the specified pattern

7- Keeping the water meter valve and the sewage disposal siphon visible

8- Do not manipulate equipment or seals on the meter and other equipment

9- Carrying out internal water piping and responsibility for its proper implementation

10 - Do not install the pump directly on the network in any situation

Expenses and payments:

Agreements related to costs and payments in accordance with the table of costs are entered in the identity card form of each service and are available on the website of Golestan Water and Sewerage Company in the electronic service desk section.

Performance period:

According to the articles of association of Golestan Province Water and Sewerage Company, performing the above service is one of the intrinsic duties of the company and these services are always provided during the establishment period.

Termination of the agreement:

This agreement is valid until the mutual obligations of the two parties are fulfilled.
